4. Payment Terms for Pet Owners
Pet Owners are responsible for paying Pet Care Providers for services rendered. Wag! facilitates these payments through third-party processors. All charges are generally final and non-refundable. Wag! may offer promotions and credits, which are subject to specific terms and conditions. Automatic subscription renewal for Wag! Premium memberships is in effect unless cancelled by the user.
5. Acceptable Use and User Content
The Services must be used responsibly and legally. Users are prohibited from engaging in illegal activities, infringing on others’ rights, posting objectionable content, or attempting to circumvent Wag!’s systems. Users retain ownership of their User Content but grant Wag! a broad license to use, reproduce, and adapt it for operating and improving the Services.
