Shipping Policy
We strive to process and ship all orders on the same day if placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Saturday. Orders received after this cut-off will be dispatched on the following business day. Orders totaling $29.99 and above qualify for complimentary standard ground shipping within the continental USA. This offer is our way of providing even more value to our loyal customers.
*Please note that orders destined for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, and other US locations where standard ground shipping is not available will have shipping rates calculated and charged at checkout. This ensures accurate delivery for all our customers, regardless of location.

Overseas buyers are responsible for tracking their shipments, promptly claiming orders from customs, and settling any applicable VAT, customs, and import taxes. We proudly ship to all military APO, DPO, and FPO addresses using USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less our actual outbound shipping costs. Please refer to the Exceptions section below for items not eligible for return.
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. If you need to initiate a return or exchange, simply log in to your account, navigate to “Complete Orders” under the “My Account” menu, and click the “Return Item(s)” button. We will notify you via email once your return has been received, examined, and processed, detailing your refund. You will also receive an email with tracking information once your exchange has been processed and shipped.

Exceptions to Return Policy
Certain items are excluded from our standard return policy due to their nature or customization.
HARNESSES and KENNEL EXTENSION KITS: These items are not eligible for returns for a refund. However, they are eligible for size exchange ONLY.
Harness Exception: Harnesses are non-returnable for a refund if the item is soiled, has been opened, or worn by your pet. If the item has been used or tried on, it can only be returned for an exchange in size or for a replacement if the item is damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for refund if you are unable to train your cat to like or accept the harness.
Kennel Extension Exception: Kennel Extension Kits are custom-made in-house in limited quantities, and therefore, they ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUND.
Exchange Information
Harness Size Exchange:
For a harness size exchange, you may mail back just the harness (vest) via First Class Mail. It should weigh approximately 4-5 ounces and cost about $6.00 in postage. For your convenience, you can now purchase your return label at PayPal by visiting: www.paypal.com/shipnow.
You will only need to mail the harness (vest); no tags or leash are required. Please include a copy of your order or your order number along with a note specifying the new size needed. As soon as we receive your returned item, we will ship the correct size back to you free of charge.
If you need to return or exchange an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the “My Account” menu, and click the “Return Item(s)” button. We will notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received, examined, and processed your return. We will also notify you via email with tracking details once we have processed and shipped your size exchange.
