Upon completion, you’ll receive a courtesy call, and your furry companion will be returned to our play area to continue their day with fun and socialization. This integrated approach not only enhances the grooming experience but also fosters a positive association between pampering and playtime for your pet.

Our friendly staff will conduct a preliminary health assessment and ensure your pet leaves feeling refreshed and renewed. This spa-like experience is designed to leave them content and revitalized. To make regular grooming even more accessible, we offer a 10% discount on appointments scheduled every six weeks. Essential Information for Your Pet’s Stay
To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests, please review the following check-in times, store hours, and vaccination requirements:
Check-In Times
- Daycare: Available all day.
- Boarding Check-in: At your leisure.
- Check-out Time: 10:00 AM.
- Late Check-outs:
- Between 10:01 AM and 3:00 PM: Charged a half-day of daycare.
- Between 3:01 PM and 6:00 PM: Charged a full day of daycare.
- After 6:00 PM: An additional day of boarding will be charged.
- Sunday Arrangements: Special arrangements can be made for Sunday check-ins or check-outs.
- Regular Pet Pick-up: Typically by 6:00 PM on Saturday and at 8:00 AM or 5:00 PM on Sunday.
Store Hours
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Pick-up available at 6:00 PM on the hour)
- Sunday: Closed (Pick-up times are strictly at 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on the hour)
Requirements for a Safe Stay
To ensure the safety and health of all pets, guests must be up-to-date on the following vaccinations and preventative treatments:
- Rabies
- Annual Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
- DHLPP: Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus
- Monthly Flea and Tick Preventative Medication
*All vaccinations and preventative treatments should be administered at least seven (5) days prior to arrival.
- Minimum Age: 4 months.
- Older Pets: We are happy to accommodate senior pets.
- Pets with Disabilities: We welcome pets with special needs and have extensive experience in their care.
*Aged or infirm pets may receive some latitude regarding specific requirements, at the discretion of our staff.
