We utilize an online instruction and scheduling system for ease of use and transparency. To set up access to our in-home care and dog walking scheduling system and app, please email us. Once your access is established, scheduling visits is straightforward through the app, allowing you to enter desired times and visit durations. We then assign caregivers, approve the visits, and send an email confirmation. For new clients requiring vacation care, we request that the initial consultation be completed at least one week prior to your departure to ensure we have all necessary information and are fully prepared.
We strive to assign the same caregiver for each visit whenever possible, understanding that both people and pets thrive on familiar faces. However, please be assured that all our staff members are highly capable and trained to support each other, guaranteeing high-quality service at every visit. Short bios of each caregiver are available on the app. To stay informed, we recommend enabling visit notifications, which will send you a text alert upon the caregiver’s arrival and a trip report upon completion of the visit. For dog walks, we even offer the option of receiving a GPS map of your dog’s route, though GPS accuracy may vary in heavily wooded areas. We offer services within defined time blocks and will make every effort to accommodate specific hour requests within those blocks.
