- Last Minute Reservations: Bookings made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $30 last-minute booking fee for dog walking or pet sitting visits, and a $40 fee for in-home overnights.
- Cancellations: Reservations canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a charge of 50% of the total service cost.
- Scheduling Availability: Regular weekly dog walking, in-home pet sitting, and overnight visits are scheduled Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm, and Fridays from 8 am to 12 pm.
