Daisy’s Pet Services: Our Commitment to Your Canine Companions

As Daisy’s Pet Services approaches its six-year anniversary in February 2024, we extend our sincere gratitude for your unwavering support. Your trust has fueled our growth, and we remain dedicated to continuous improvement and earning that trust every day. Our core principle is simple: we treat every dog in our care as if they were our own. Our ultimate goal is to return your beloved pet to you clean, healthy, and happily tired – a successful outcome we strive for with every visit.

We believe we have assembled an exceptional team, and their dedication to providing unparalleled service for every dog and customer is evident. While we are committed to perfection, we acknowledge that no operation is flawless, and sometimes dogs have their own agenda. It’s a reality that dogs play with their teeth and nails, and on occasion, minor cuts and scratches can occur. Furthermore, some dogs seem to have a knack for finding the muddiest or, frankly, the smelliest spots. We diligently work to identify and address any issues. If your dog requires any form of physical care, we will administer necessary baths and notify you immediately. We also understand that dogs interact by greeting each other nose-to-nose or nose-to-rear. Given that a dog can be infectious without showing symptoms, it’s virtually impossible to completely prevent the occasional spread of common communicable illnesses in a social environment. To mitigate this, all dogs entering our facilities must be up-to-date on their vaccinations. While these vaccines help reduce the severity of upper respiratory illnesses, they cannot offer complete protection against all potential contagions.

We are actively enhancing the overall enrichment experience for every dog under our care. This includes dedicating more time to supervised group play, introducing more varied activities, and providing increased individual attention to dogs that may not participate in group settings for any reason. We are also committed to ongoing staff training to further elevate the quality of care we provide.

Our grooming staff deserves special recognition. We are fortunate to have some of the finest groomers in the region, and their skill and dedication are evident in the quality of their work. While a dog is in their care, our groomers strive to provide focused, uninterrupted attention. The inherent noise levels in the grooming area, coupled with their concentration on the dogs, can sometimes make it challenging for them to be as responsive to phone calls and emails as they would like. We are actively implementing strategies to improve our responsiveness and kindly ask for your patience as we refine these processes. The exceptional quality of our grooms means our groomers are consistently in high demand, with appointments often booked two weeks to a month in advance. We recommend scheduling your dog’s next grooming appointment at the time of pick-up to ensure you secure a preferred slot.

Should we ever fall short of your expectations, please reach out to me directly. Our commitment is to provide the very best environment for you and your dogs. Your feedback is invaluable, allowing us the opportunity to improve the experience for both you and the pets you entrust to us. As mentioned, mistakes can happen. When they do, we view it as a chance to rectify the situation and, most importantly, to learn and prevent future occurrences. If your dog experiences any health issues after their stay with us, please inform me. We are committed to providing any assistance necessary to ensure your dog remains as healthy as possible.

We consistently hear from our clients about how much their dogs adore coming to Daisy’s. Hearing about your positive experiences and your dog’s enjoyment is always a great pleasure. If your dog loves their time with us, please share your stories – we genuinely appreciate them. The highest compliment you can give us is referring Daisy’s Pet Services to your friends and family. We promise to continue working diligently to earn and maintain your trust.
