Group Room: The Clowder Experience
Our most sought-after option, the Group Room, offers your cat a space within our free-roaming, cat-only environment. This communal area, designed by a feline expert, provides over a hundred feet of elevated shelves, window perches, engaging fish aquariums, squirrel feeders, a 65-inch cat TV, and numerous cozy nooks for relaxation. This is ideal for social cats who enjoy the company of other felines.

Group Room
Cat Condos: Personal and Quiet Retreats
Cat Condos are perfect for cats who prefer solitude or require special dietary management. These private spaces are not recommended for highly active or very young cats. Each condo is equipped with a double-layer cat cave, a comfortable hammock, engaging toys, a private litter box, and individual feeding dishes. Your cat will receive two daily feedings, consistent cleaning, litter box maintenance, and dedicated one-on-one playtime either outside their condo or in the group area. Our staff is present day and night to ensure attentive care.

Cat Condo
Suites: Enhanced Privacy and Comfort
Suites offer a private, multi-level accommodation for your cat, complete with a private litter box, cat tree, scratcher, and a window shelf. These are particularly well-suited for diabetic cats, cats who are not fond of other felines, or those with strict dietary requirements. Cats housed in suites can also enjoy supervised playtime with the group cats.
- Rate for the 1st cat: $59 per day ($47.20 with Purrfect Perks)
- Rate for each additional cat (up to 3 total): $35 per day ($28 with Purrfect Perks)
Suite Accommodation
Sanctuary Rooms: The Ultimate Private Experience
Our Sanctuary Rooms are the most spacious and private accommodations, featuring a large window, cat shelves, a cat tree, and multiple litter boxes. These rooms can comfortably accommodate up to five cats and are designed for ultimate comfort and attentive care. Guests receive two daily feedings, regular cleaning, litter box maintenance, and dedicated playtime with our staff. A minimum three-night stay is required.
- Rate for the 1st cat: $110 per day ($88 with Purrfect Perks)

Additional Services and Discounts
Nail Trims & Grooming
To ensure the safety of our staff and other cats, please trim your cat’s nails before arrival. We offer nail trims for $20 per visit or an unlimited annual pass for $80. Other grooming services, such as baths and lion cuts, can be scheduled by appointment via our grooming website. Walk-in nail trims are available Wednesday through Sunday, 9 AM to 12 PM.
Saving Opportunities
- Senior (55+) or Veteran Discount: Enjoy a 10% discount on all boarding services by presenting your ID. Inform us to apply this discount to your account.

Important Policies and Fees
Deposits and Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required upon scheduling. We accept cash, checks, debit, and credit cards. Deposits are subject to our cancellation policy:
- Full refund with 15+ days’ notice.
- 50% refund (deposit retained) with 6-14 days’ notice.
- No refund; full payment due with 5 days or less notice.
Additional Fees
- Kittens (under 7 months): Add $10 per day.
- Large Cats (over 15 lbs): Add $5 per day.
- Medication Administration:
- In food: $5 each time.
- By injection: $10 each time.
- In mouth: $10 each time.
- Pet Taxi: $40, plus $2 per mile from our facility (1416 W Auburn Rd, Rochester Hills, MI 48309).
- Veterinary Appointment & Taxi: $20 per 15 minutes at the vet, plus pet taxi costs. Mobile vet visits incur an additional $30 for staff time.
- Returned Checks: $45 plus any bank fees.
Abandonment Policy
If a pet is left more than 10 days past the agreed pickup date without communication, a minimum $2000.00 surrendered pet and rehoming fee will be added to your account, along with any outstanding boarding costs. The Feline Hotel reserves the right to transfer the pet to an emergency contact. If no emergency contact is available within 5 days, the pet may be surrendered to a no-kill shelter or rescue organization. The owner will be liable for the $2000.00 fee, plus all incurred costs, including collections and attorney fees.
