Important Adoption Information
Please note the following policies regarding adoption:
- Kittens ready for immediate departure will be held for a maximum of ten days free of charge. After ten days, boarding fees of $500 for the first week and $700 for the second week will apply. Kittens cannot be held for longer than two weeks.
- Kittens are not held without a deposit. A $200 security deposit will reserve a kitten for 48 hours, after which full payment is due. Verbal promises are not sufficient for holding a kitten.
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if you decide not to proceed with the adoption. They will be allocated towards lost sales and advertising time.
- We reserve the right to refuse sale to any buyer.
- Prices are subject to increase without notice, especially if new photos and grooming sessions are performed. The updated price will be determined by the extent of these services.
- We do not offer services via text message or provide cell phone pictures. Please revisit our website when your circumstances are more suitable for adopting a new pet.
- Retired breeders must be picked up locally within five days of purchase.
- The hue of a kitten’s coat may vary in photos due to camera flash recharge times.
- For in-person pick-ups, cash is the preferred method of payment unless payment has been made in advance.
- Kittens are unique and can be sold at any moment, as the internet is always accessible.
- Placing a deposit is the sole method to secure a kitten and its current price. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Kittens cannot leave our care before they are ten weeks old and weigh at least 2.5 lbs. We do not ship to Canada.
- We are located in Unionville, Missouri, and all kittens advertised on our website are born, bred, and raised here. Any kittens listed for sale on other websites are fraudulent scams using our photos without consent. Purchasing solely through our official website ensures authenticity.
- The quality of Persian kittens is increasingly difficult to find due to the prevalence of short-term breeders. With 34 years of experience, we are committed to maintaining high standards and will not compromise our breeding program with inferior lines. We understand the challenges of buying pets online and prioritize the best interests of our cats and clients.
- We reserve the right to cancel or decline a sale if a buyer is uncooperative with our terms and conditions, in which case a full refund will be issued. Our kittens are not sold to just anyone; all applicants must be approved via an online kitten application before a deposit can be placed. All deposits are taken in good faith and are 100% non-refundable.
